Curtis and his family are selected to test a revolutionary home device - a new digital family assistant called Aya. This technology takes the concept of a smart home to a new level. Once the device itself and all of its sensors and cameras are installed in the home, Aya can do everything. She learns quickly and remembers the family's behaviour, starting to anticipate their every need. And she wants to make sure nothing (and no one) gets in her family's way.
